He is very patient, responsive, and cares about his clients and their needs. From the first time we connected via Zillow to our ultimate purchase in Florham Park, NJ, Rich was an excellent source of knowledge about the area (East Orange, West Orange, Florham Park and others), he was proactive in connecting with the sellers' agents, timely in his feedback to us and continued to look for properties that would meet our needs. He was also instrumental in getting us in touch with our local real estate attorney, he worked tirelessly with our lending organization and effectively guided us through the entire process. He even went over and above by helping us with moving our cars from Texas to New Jersey, he personally worked with the moving company on taking delivery, which was a huge help that cannot be truly captured with words. We highly appreciate everything Rich did and continues to do and would highly recommend him. After over 2 years of looking and several agents, Carol was the one who got the deal done! She has great knowledge of the NJ communities of interest, great relationships with other agents, was flexible with my hectic schedule, always responsive, and communicative.
